About Crossroads Paver Company
Crossroads Paver Company is named for what Wildwood has always been - the point where Interstate 75, Florida's Turnpike, US 301 and State Road 44 meet, which is why there is a rail yard here and why the city was the natural place for The Villages to grow into. The work is hardscape and only hardscape: paver driveways, pool decks and lanai floors, patios, walkways, sealing and repair, across Wildwood, the Southern Oaks villages and the rest of Sumter County, plus Lady Lake and Leesburg over the line in Lake County.
The approach is not complicated. Measure the real area instead of pacing it off. Check the survey and the district rules before pricing rather than after. Write the base specification on the quote so the part you can never inspect is on paper. Say when an overlay will do the job instead of pricing a tear-out, and say plainly when a driveway needs the concrete out rather than a coat of pavers over the top. Sumter County is sand for eighty inches down and gets more than fifty inches of rain a year. That is a hard place to build pavement that stays flat, and it is the whole reason to do the base properly the first time.
